before your viewing

how long does the viewing last?

a viewing generally lasts about an hour. It is a good idea to know where you are going to hang your pictures and the style of products that define your lifestyle.

do I need to bring my voucher with me?

yes you do. Your voucher entitles you to a substantial discount on your order.

what should I bring to the viewing?

please bring your partner and any other family members. please note that
children will get bored and will distract you from enjoying your viewing. full payment is required when you place an order; we accept payment by
credit card, cheque, finance inc 0% and cash. (please bring id for finance).

can I bring my children along to the viewing?

we recommend parents not to bring their young children between the ages of
1 and 7 into the viewing room as very young children do get tired very quickly
during an hours viewing and subsequently can impair your concentration. 

though we do accept that arranging child care can be difficult and you would
not be turned away if you had no choice but to bring your children.

can I view my images when I come in
for my session?

unfortunately not. Once your images have been taken, your photographer will design a personal show that captures and defines you and your family and this takes time. they will also be shown in the products of your choice.

what if I can’t make my appointment?

if for any reason you need to re-schedule your appointment we do require as
much notice as possible. to reschedule for free, 5 working days notice is
required. a cancellation fee of £25 shall be charged in all other circumstances, however as a goodwill gesture, this money can be used as credit when you
finally do come in to view your session.
